3. Damages & Claims Policy

If goods are damaged in transit, the consignee must notify Shiv Road Freight Carriers within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. A formal damage report will be processed and claims will be reviewed accordingly. Compensation, if applicable, will be provided based on the terms of our insurance policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Payments are due at the time of booking or upon delivery unless credit terms have been established. We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers and online payment options.

5. Insurance Policy

Shiv Road Freight Carriers offers cargo insurance to cover potential risks during transportation. Customers are advised to opt for insurance to protect valuable goods. The insurance cost will be based on the declared value of the goods and will be added to the total freight charges.

6. Customs & Documentation Policy

All goods are subject to customs regulations and the necessary paperwork must be completed for international shipments. Shiv Road Freight Carriers assists in handling customs procedures; however, the customer is responsible for providing all required documents. Any customs fees or duties are to be borne by the customer.

7. Liability Limitation

Shiv Road Freight Carriers will not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods unless proven to be due to our negligence. Our liability is limited to the freight charges paid for the specific shipment, except in cases covered by insurance policies.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Personal and business data provided to Shiv Road Freight Carriers is used solely for the purposes of shipment and delivery. We do not share this information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Service Agreement
